The press and electronic media has covered in a large manner and made our event very popular, sorry I could not see you off / say bye, because BRUNO and Francina visited our units in different Districts and I was compelled to accompany them as an in charge of Andhra, totally it was a great and grand event for us to remember for a long period, I once again thank you all for this success.

Dear Brothers & Sisters of CFTUI,
I sincerely & emotionally thanks to you all for showing faith in my working & reassigning me the responsibility of all India General Secretary.
The recently concluded 5th congress of Confederation of Free Trade Union of India at Visakhapatnam was a mile stone event in the history of Trade Unionism in India, as the diverse unity of country from North East to Bengal ,Punjab to Vizag was displayed with unison solidarity for the labour movement cause in the country.
I sincerely thank all the participants, organizers , esteemed observers , and members of media for the great efforts put in to complete this important event with great success.
Together we can do much more in the coming days for the benefits and upliftment of downtrodden / unorganized sector workers.
I also take this opportunity to congratulate the newly elected office bearers of CFTUI on their successful election to various posts but also re emphasise my caution to them for continued & sustained hard work .
At the end, I pray to almighty to give us strength to continue our unabated struggle for the labour movement for better perks n privilege to the downtrodden work force of the country.

C.F.T.U.I. is an umbrella organization of Trade Unions, Trade Federations, Associations, Societies and other organizations of India, dedicated towards welfare and development of the society in general and workers in particular.
The Bihar CFTUI conducted its one day seminar on capacity building on 14 dec 2013. It saw participation of all leading affiliate unions representative . The National General Secretary of CFTUI Sri Neeraj Chaubey contributed in seminar by emphasizing on need for strengthening and expanding the organization . Sri S.N. Dubey, working president also addressed the gathering.
Today in a historic development the Indian Confederation of Labour merged into CFTUI unconditionally in a conference at New Delhi in Hotel La Vista. Those present and signed the document of merger were Sri Kanka Rao, President CFTUI , Sri Neeraj Chaubey, Gen Sec CFTUI ,Sri KK Jha, President ICL and Sri Ajoy Biswas, Ex MP, Gen Sec ICL. With this merger a total of 60 unions have been added to the fraternity of CFTUI , having a membership of approx 4 lakh plus.
The Confederation Of Free Trade Unions Of India, a premier non political confederation of various trade unions of India held its fourth congress since its inception at holy city of Varanasi, from 5-6 sep 2013, at Hotel Plaza Inn.
The Congress was attended by 80 delegates from 9 states of India, representing various trade unions of different sectors.
