Govt slashes security for wife of Manmohan Singh
The security detail for Gursharan Kaur, wife of the late ex-PM Manmohan Singh, has been downgraded from Z-plus to Z by the Centre. This decision followed a recent review by intelligence agencies which assessed her reduced threat level. CRPF will continue to provide the scaled-down Z category protection.
