SC junks ED's PMLA summons to DKS tied to 2017 I-T seizure
The Supreme Court on Tuesday quashed Enforcement Directorate's (ED) summons under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) issued to Karnataka Deputy CM D K Shivakumar. The summons were related to a 2017 Income Tax raid, allegedly resulting in the seizure of Rs 7 crore unaccounted cash from the Congress leader's premises.

HC acquits Saibaba, others, says no proof of Maoist links
