The story of Lord Ram will be made a part of the new syllabus for madrassas affiliated to the Uttarakhand Waqf Board from the new academic session commencing this year. Of the 117 madrassas under the board, the new syllabus will be introduced initially in four madrassas in Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar districts.
