Paytm has been a longstanding partner of HDFC Bank in both acceptance and aggregator services. Following the restrictions placed on Paytm, HDFC Bank has observed a surge in activity for its payments app and merchant services. It's worth noting that the partnership is with One97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, rather than directly with Paytm Payments Bank.
